| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou nákupního chování zákazníků prodejny Norma v Ústí nad Labem. V první kapitole práce jsou uvedeny současné trendy nákupního chování zákazníků v České republice, přičemž pozornost je ve větší míře soustředěna na diskontní jednotky. Ve druhé kapitole je charakterizována maloobchodní vybavenost města Ústí nad Labem, zvláštní pozornost je věnována zkoumané prodejně. Třetí kapitola obsahuje samotnou analýzu zkoumané prodejny Norma. |

| Abstract: | The thesis engages in the analysis of the shopping behaviour of customers in a Norma outlet in Ústí nad Labem. The first chapter indicates the current shopping behaviour of customers in the Czech Republic. The second chapter of the thesis describes the retail network in the city of Ústí nad Labem with an emphasis on the surveyed outlet of Norma. The third chapter focuses on an analysis of the surveyed Norma outlet. |
