| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vstupu České republiky do eurozóny. Úvodní část stručně popisuje historii evropské měnové integrace a její vztah k ČR. Podrobně se věnuje konvergenčním kritériím a jejich plnění naší zemí. Zaměřuje se také na technické a institucionální aspekty zavedení eura, volbu scénáře zavedení eura a strategii přistoupení k eurozóně. Poslední část se snaží nastínit předpokládané dopady zavedení eura v České republice, rizika a přínosy přijetí společné měny a postoje jednotlivých skupin k tomuto kroku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the accession of the Czech Republic into the eurozone. The first part briefly describes the history of European monetary integration and its relationship to the Czech Republic, the convergence criteria and their implementation of our country. It also focuses on technical and institutional aspects of the introduction of the euro, the choice of scenario and the strategy of accession into the eurozone. The last part tries to describe the projected impact of the introduction of the euro in the Czech Republic, the risks and benefits of adopting a common currency, and opinion of each group on this step. |
