| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vytvořit komplexní IT manažerský a technologický pohled na současnou situaci v IT, systémovém pokrytí společností tepláren ovládaných společností E.ON v České republice. V této práci byla zpracovávána reálná data společností Teplárna Tábor a.s. (TTA) a Teplárna Otrokovice a.s. (TOT). První část této práce obsahuje popis a hodnocení současného stavu IT v TTA a TOT na základě získaných dat, pokrytí byznys procesů IT podporou, vytvoření aplikační architektury jednotlivých společností a jejich vzájemné vazby. Druhá část je zaměřena na zjištění cílů, na strategii jednotlivých společností a jejich měření výkonnosti. Zde pro měření výkonnosti byla zvolena metodika Networking Maturity Model společnosti Gartner. Třetí část práce předkládá návrh možného budoucího stavu, konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení výkonnosti a stability IT, s respektováním strategických cílů majoritního vlastníka společností společnosti E.ON. V závěru dokumentu je zpracováno stručné shrnutí. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this document is to create a comprehensive IT management summary and technological summary concerning the situation in IT and system coverage of E.ON heating plants in the Czech Republic. Real data were used from the Teplárna Tábor a.s. (TTA) and Teplárna Otrokovice a.s. (TOT) heating plants. The first part of this document contains a description and evaluation of the ICT systems of TTA and TOT, data collection management, coverage of IT support for the systems, creation of application architecture for the individual companies and links between the companies. The second part defines the goals and strategies of the companies as well as an evaluation of performance. Performance was evaluated using Gartner Networking Maturity Model methodology. The third part of the document proposes a possible future situation and outlines specific proposals to increase IT performance and stability while respecting the strategic goals of E.ON, the majority owner. The document is concluded with a brief Summary. |
