| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracovat finanční analýzu společnosti Danone a.s. a zhodnotit její finanční situaci a pozici na trhu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První poskytuje základní informace o podniku, druhá popisuje stručně použitý metodický aparát a třetí obsahuje už samotnou analýzu. V práci jsou použity základní metody finanční analýzy včetně horizontální a vertikální analýzy finančních výkazů, analýzy poměrových ukazatelů, bonitních a bankrotních modelů, výpočtu ukazatele EVA či mezipodnikového srovnávání. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis's goal is a making of financial analysis of the Danone a.s. company and an evaluation of its financial situation and market position. The thesis has a three chapters. The chapter number one gives basic information about the company, the second one describes roughly procedures of financial analysis and the last one contains the financial analysis itself. There are adopted the basic methods of financial analysis in this thesis, such as horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, ratio analysis, bankruptcy methods, EVA indicator and branch comparison. |
