| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trhem práce a řešením nezaměstnanosti v okrese Písek. V úvodní teoretické částí jsou popisovány základní charakteristiky a rozdělení nezaměstnanosti, trhu práce a politiky zaměstnanosti. Následující kapitola je věnována socioekonomické charakteristice regionu. Po těchto dvou kapitolách následuje část analytická, která je rozdělena do 3 kapitol. V první z nich se zaměřuji na trh práce v okrese Písek, analyzuji nabídku práce a poptávkou po ni a volná pracovní místa. V kapitole nazvané nezaměstnanost v okrese Písek se věnuji hlavně registrované míře nezaměstnanosti, dále například členěním a strukturou nezaměstnaných a vývojem mezd. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti. Popisuji zde nástroje této politiky a jejich využívání Úřadem práce v Písku. V poslední kapitole se zaměřím na průmyslovou zónu v Písku, která zaměstnává nejvíce osob v celém regionu. |

| Abstract: | This paper concentrates on a labour market and an unemployment solution in the Písek county. The basic characteristics and division of unemployment, labour market and unemployment policy are described in the opening part. The following chapter is dedicated to a socioeconomical characteristic of the region. After these two chapters there follows the analytical part which is devided into 3 chapters. The first one focuses on a labour market in the Písek county, the offer of jobs and the enquire of them and available jobs. The chapter called "The unemployment int the Písek coutny" is dedicated mainly to a registred rate of unemployment then e.g. to a segmentation and a structure of enemployed and a development of a salary. The fifth chapter concentrates on the active policy of unemployment. The tools of policy and their use by a job office in Písek are described there. The last chapter is focused on the industrial zone in Písek, which employes most people in the whole region. |
