| Abstract: | První kapitola práce se věnuje problematice definice kongresového cestovního ruchu, charakterizuje jeho specifické vlastnosti a zmiňuje nejdůležitější mezinárodní organizace kongresového cestovního ruchu. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na potenciál České republiky pro kongresový cestovní ruch a postavení na světovém trhu. Třetí kapitola popisuje aktivity subjektů, které se snaží svou činností o zlepšení pozice České republiky jako destinace vhodné pro kongresový cestovní ruch. Hodnotím také jejich strategie, spolupráci a výsledky. |

| Abstract: | The first part of my work is concerned with the definition of the meeting industry, its characteristics and the most important international associations. It also includes the potential of the Czech Republic for the meeting industry and its ranking in the world meeting market. The second part describes activities of all participants that try to improve the chances of the Czech Republic of getting successful in the world meeting market. The last part deals with the problems of their co-operations, strategies and effects of their activities. |
