| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním podniku Baest tržní hodnotou pro vlastníky společnosti. Součástí práce je strategická analýza postihující faktory vnějšího a vnitřního okolí pomocí analýzy PEST a SWOT. Pro zhodnocení finančního zdraví dále navazuje finanční analýza. Před samotným oceněním je provedena sestavení finanční plánu. Ocenění je provedeno volného cash flow pro firmu a tržní hodnota k datu ocenění 1. 12. činí 620848000 Kč. |

For financial health estimation financial performance analysis is used. Before the evaluation process a financial plan is made. The company is evaluated using free cash flow to the firm method and value of the company estimated as of 1.12.2008 is 620848000 Kč. |
