| Abstract: | Moje bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy: podnik, podnikatel a podnikání. Dále jsou zde rozebrány faktory vedoucí k rozhodnutí stát se podnikatelem, druhy právních forem podnikání a aspekty jejich volby. Na konci této části zmiňuji základní legislativu a podnikatelský plán. V praktické části založím fiktivní podnik, kterým je fitness centrum ve formě společnosti s ručením omezeným. Je zde uveden podnikatelský plán, marketingový, organizační a finanční plán, hodnocení rizik a na konci je postup při zakládání společnosti s ručením omezeným. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis is consist of a teoretical and a practical part. At the theoretical part there are defined basic concepts such as enterprise, entrepreneur and entrepreneurship. Further, there are analysed factors leading to the decision to become an entrepreneur, forms of business organisation and aspects which lead an entrepreneur to choose one of them. At the end of this part I mention essential legislation and business plan. At the practical part I set up an entreprise, which is a fitness centre in form of a private limited company. There is mention a business plan, a marketing, an organisational and a financial plan, risk rating and at the end there is a process of setting up a private limited company. |
