| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast řízení podpůrných procesů s aplikací na situaci konkrétní společnosti ze segmentu malých a středních podniků. Jejím cílem je poskytnout podklady pro rozhodování při systémové a finanční optimalizaci podpůrných procesů v této společnosti. V teoretické části je vysvětlena podstata procesního řízení a definice procesů s ohledem na jejich předmět, nositele, cíle, vstupy a výstupy. Z hlediska předmětu je dále objasněn princip dělení procesů na hlavní a podpůrné. Jsou popsána jejich specifika a důvody pro vzájemné oddělení procesů hlavních a podpůrných. Je vymezena možnost vyčlenění podpůrných procesů mimo organizaci a jejich zajišťování externími dodavateli. Práce dále přibližuje koncepci komplexního zajišťování těchto procesů integrovaným dodavatelem -- koncepci facility managementu. V praktické části jsou definovány procesy ve společnosti Odenwald CZ s.r.o. Za pomoci procesní analýzy jsou podpůrné procesy specifikovány a následně jsou předloženy návrhy jejich optimalizace. Předložené návrhy jsou pomocí benchmarkingu konfrontovány se způsobem řešení uplatňovaným jinými společnostmi v regionu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the range of subsidiary processes with the aplication to the situation of the factual company from the small and middle enterprises segment. The objective of this thesis is to provide the basis for making decisions within the system and cost optimalisation of subsidiary processes in this company. In the theoretical part is explained the processionary management fundamental and processes definition regarding to their subjects, holders, aims, inputs and outputs. In terms of subjects is further clarified the principle of dividing main and subsidiary processes. Their specifics are defined and also the reasons for their separating. There is qualified the posibillity of subsidiary processes detaching and the possibility of their supporting by external providers. In the following part the thesis records conception of subsidiary processes complex resourcing by integrated supplier -- the conception of facility management. In the practically part are defined the processes in company Odenwald CZ s.r.o. They are individualized through the use of processes analyze and subsequently are proposed the ways of their optimalisation. The suggested ways are reviewed by means of benchmarking with solutions exercised by the other companies in the region. |
