| Abstract: | V první kapitole se zabývám předmětem a cíli práce. Ve druhé kapitole uvádím teoretickou koncepci týkající se pracovní spokojenosti a motivaci zaměstnanců. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám konkrétní situací v podniku Model Obaly, a.s. vzhledem co se týče spokojenosti pracovníků. Ve čtvrté kapitole provádím analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců a interpretuji zjištěné výsledky. |

In the third chapter I occupy with the concrete situation of satisfaction of the employees in this firm. In the fourth chapter I occupy with the analysis and interpretation of the results. |
