| Abstract: | Tato práce na téma Práce na černo v České republice se zabývá charakterem, příčinami a následnými důsledky samotného vzniku černé práce. V první části se zaměřím především na teoretické objasnění tématu a vymezení základních charakteristických vlastností, které jsou pro tento druh trhu typické. V následující části se budu věnovat účastníkům, kteří se na trhu s černou prací objevují. Jednak pracovníkům a jejím motivacím ke vstupu na tento trh ale také zaměstnavatelům a jejím motivům vedoucím k poptávce po černé práci. V další kapitole se podívám na metody odhadu velikosti trhu s černou prací. Závěrečná část bude věnována nejen teoretickým východiskům boje s prací na černo, ale i reálnému aktuálnímu boji proti práci na černo v České republice. Konkrétně se jedná o nástin již navržených a přijatých legislativně organizačních opatření v ČR. |

| Abstract: | This paper Illicit work in the Czech Republic analyse the reason why this type of labour market comes into being and it's causes and consequential effects. It contains a definition of the illicit work, clarification of the typical characteristics of this type of labour market. In the following part, I focus on reasons why people are looking for illegal jobs and their motivations for entering to the illegal labour market. I have a look on the other side aslo, especially on demanders and their motivations. Then I demonstrate how illegal labour market can be measured. In conslusion this paper shows not only teoretical solution of illictic work but also current activity which are being done in the Czech Republic at the moment. |
