| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je odhad hodnoty společnosti BAEST, a.s. Práce se skládá zejména z aplikační části, ve které je obsažena strategická analýza, finanční analýza, finanční plán a ocenění podniku. Strategická analýza se zabývá vývojem odvětví, obsahuje PEST analýzu, Porterovu analýzu a SWOT analýzu. Finanční analýza posuzuje finanční zdraví podniku. Finanční plán je sestaven pro 7 let na základě informací zjištěných z finanční a strategické analýzy. Ocenění podniku bylo provedeno výnosovou metodou DCF entity. Jako doplňková metoda byla zvolena účetní metoda. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to estimate the value of the company BAEST, a.s. Thesis mainly consists of a practical part, which includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and valuation of the company. Strategic analysis deals with development of branch, consists of PEST analysis, Porter analysis and SWOT analysis. Financial analysis assesses financial situation of the company. Financial plan was made for 7 years according to information from financial and strategic analysis. The valuation of the company was performed by method DCF entity. As a complementary method was choosen accounting method. |
