| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení a charakteristika financování pomocí leasingu a úvěru. U každé formy financování jsou uvedeny specifické znaky obou forem financování, výhody a nevýhody, charakteristika trhu, právní i daňové aspekty dané formy financování. Obě formy financování jsou srovnány jak teoreticky, tak prakticky na konkrétním případu leasingové smlouvy. |
