| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu firmy Čerpo, a. s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. První část se zabývá metodologií, která je použita v druhé části. Praktická část zahrnuje ocenění společnosti na základě metod popsaných v první části. Před oceněním bylo provedeno několik důležitých kroků. Těmi jsou finanční analýza společnosti a strategická analýza. Strategická analýza se zaměřuje na vývoj makro a mikrookolí společnosti. Finanční analýza hodnotí výkon společnosti v minulosti. Na základě finanční a strategické analýzy byl stanoven finanční plán. Ocenění bylo provedeno na základě metody DCF ve variantě FCFF. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to find out the value of the company Čepro. a. s. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The first part deals with methodology which is used in the second part. The practical part involves the valuation of the company based on the methodology which is described in the first part. Before the valuation itself were carried out several important steps. These steps are financial analysis of the company and strategic analysis. Strategic analysis focuses on development of macro-environment and micro-environment. Financial analysis assesses the performance of a company in the past. On the base of financial and strategic analysis were set planned financial statements. The valuation was carried out using DCF method in the version of FCFF. |
