| Abstract: | Tato práce na téma "Strategická analýza podniku" se zabývá analýzou vnitřních procesů, zdrojů, schopností, ale i vlivu okolí na fungování podniku. Sledovaným podnikem je stavební společnost Skanska, která působí na území České a Slovenské republiky jako holdingová společnost s centrálou ve Švédsku. Cílem práce je na základě provedených analýz a zkoumání provést doporučení pro vhodnou strategii podniku. |

The construction company Skanska that is analyzed, operates in the area of the Czech and Slovak republic as a holding company with the central in Sweden. The target of this diploma thesis is to give a recommendation for good strategy of this company. |
