| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat vhodnost aplikace procesního managementu ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. Součástí tohoto cíle je i nalezení správných odpovědí na následující otázky: Je či není použití procesního řízení vhodným nástrojem, který by zlepšil výkonnost celého podniku? Je vhodné podstoupit celý proces změny společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. k procesnímu řízení? Nebylo by účelnější a účinnější vydat se jinou cestou zlepšování? Není neuskutečnění žádné změny to nejlepší řešení? Použitou metodou k dosažení hlavního cíle této práce je analyticko-syntetický poznávací postup. Zkoumaná situace ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. je myšlenkově rozložena na jednotlivé části, které jsou předmětem dalšího zkoumání. Hlubší poznání dílčích částí umožňuje lépe poznat situaci ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. jako celek. Autor této práce provedl vstupní analýzu změny, jejímž výstupem je důvodová zpráva, která obsahuje rozhodnutí, že je vhodné zahájit projekt aplikace procesního managementu ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. Tímto autor vykonal všechny předběžné práce, které je vždy nutné učinit před realizací samotného prováděcího projektu. Hlavní výsledky provedení vstupní analýzy změny autor shrnul v závěru této práce. Tato práce a její výsledky jsou plně využitelné v praxi konkrétního podniku, v tomto případě tedy ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. Správnou aplikaci procesního managementu ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. nelze provést bez potřebné dokumentace, kterou je prováděcí projekt. Jeho první částí je provedení vstupní analýzy změny, která je kompletně zpracována v praktické části této práce. Jako další námět pro řešení daného tématu se přímo nabízí zpracování dalších částí prováděcího projektu. Tento postup je zcela logický a jeho dodržení je jednou z podmínek správné aplikace procesního managementu ve společnosti Auto Hégr, a. s. Pouze kvalitní provedení předinvestiční fáze realizace prováděcího projektu totiž zaručí jeho celkovou vysokou jakost. |

| Abstract: | The main target of this paper is to analyze suitability of the application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. This target also includes finding correct answers to the following questions: Is the use of process management a suitable tool that would improve the productivity of the whole enterprise or not? Is it suitable to undergo the whole process of changing the company Auto Hégr, a. s. towards process management? Would it not be more purposeful and efficient to take a different way of improvement? Is it not the best solution to make no change? The method used for achieving the main target of this paper is the analytical and synthetic cognitive procedure. The examined situation in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. is divided, in terms of thoughts, into the individual parts that are the subject of further examination. Deeper knowledge of the partial sections enables to get to know better the situation in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. as a whole. The author of this paper carried out the input analysis of change the output of which is the argumentative report including the decision that it is suitable to launch the project of the application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. Hereby the author performed all preliminary work that always must be carried out prior to the realization of the implementation project itself. The author summarized the main results of carrying out the input analysis of change at the end of this paper. This paper and its results are fully usable in practice of a specific enterprise, in this case of the company Auto Hégr, a. s. The correct application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. cannot be carried out without necessary documentation, i.e. the implementation project. Its first part is carrying out the input analysis of change that is completely covered in the practical part of this paper. As another suggestion for solving the given subject, the dealing with the other parts of the implementation project just presents itself. This procedure is completely logical and its following is one of the conditions of the correct application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. Only high-quality carrying out the pre-investment phase of realization of the implementation project will guarantee its overall high quality. |
