| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se v první kapitole teoretické části zabývá popisem typů nákladní přepravy. Ve druhé kapitole jsou vymezeny související pojmy, jako např. cross-dock nebo integrovaná logistika. V třetí kapitole se věnuji oblasti skladování a manipulačním jednotkám. V závěru teoretické části se zamyšlím nad současným stavem automobilového průmyslu s ohledem na aktuální finanční krizi. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost NYK Logistics (Czech Republic) s.r.o., v níž jsem byla na stáži. Tato společnost v současné době zjišťuje, zda je její způsob vykládky zboží optimální. Mým úkolem zde v rámci stáže bylo změřit časovou náročnost několika variant vykládky. Navrhla jsem čtyři varianty vykládky, které jsem poté měřila a analyzovala. Praktická část je zakončena doporučením ideálního způsobu vykládky pro tuto společnost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses in the first chapter of the theoretical part on various types of goods traffic. Some important terms connected to this topic are defined in the second chapter (for example "cross-dock" or "integrated logistics"). The third chapter deals with with warehousing and handling units. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a short contemplation of the recent position of automobile industry due to the current financial crisis . At the beginning of the operative part, the company NYK Logistics (Czech Republic) s.r.o. is introduced. This company is nowadays investigating whether their way of unloading goods is optimal. My task during my intership was to measure the demandingness of various ways of unloading. I proposed four options of unloading which I measured and analysed. The practical part is concluded by a recommendation to the company. |
