| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o metodologii projektového řízení Six Sigma. Ve své první části popisuje základní teoretické principy, zaměřuje se také na pozadí a původ vzniku tohoto přístupu. V praktické části pak dále popisuje a rozvádí adaptaci metody v rámci firmy SAP. Na případové studii projektu FastClose pak přibližuje aplikaci metody na konkrétní projekt. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the Six Sigma project management methodology. In the first part it describes its basic theoretical principles explaining the background and the roots of this approach as well. In the practical part the adaptation to SAP Sigma is described and discussed. Also a case study of the application of SAP Sigma on a particular project -- the FastClose project is introduced and further investigated. |
