| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat styly řízení a vedení českých a německých manažerů, stanovit hlavní odlišnosti a jejich vliv na ostatní pracovníky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické, ve která jsou stanoveny hypotézy o stylech řízení a vedení ovlivněných národní kulturou a praktické části, která má na základě vlastního průzkumu hypotézy potvrdit nebo vyvrátit. |

| Abstract: | The aim of Bachelor's paper is to compare the manners of proceedings and leading of Czech and German managers, to set the main differences, their influence on the other workers. The works contains two parts, the theoretic one in which hypotheses are determined about the manners of proceedings and leading effected by national culture and the practical section in which hypotheses are confirmed or refutated on the basis of my own survey. |
