| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je využít teoretických základů a následně konkrétních postupů banky při posuzování úvěru. Celý proces bude předveden na příkladu malé společnosti. V závěru práce porovnám výhodnost leasingu a úvěru, konkurenčních zdrojů kapitálu, pro tuto společnost. |

The whole process of assessing will be shown at example of small company. Finally I will compare merit of lease and bank credit both competing sources of capital for this company. |
