| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat a posoudit zásady a postupy zajišťování personální práce a provádění dílčích personálních činnosti ve vybrané malé firmě. Porovnat teoretické zásady a postupy s běžnou praxí, identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky uplatňovaných zásad a postupů a pokusit se navrhnout vhodné změny a zlepšení. |

There will be comparision of theoretic principle and process with common use in company. I will be indetifying the advantages and disadvantages of used way of policy. Finally I will suggest suitable changes and improvement. |
