| Abstract: | Tato práce je věnována významu životního pojištění ve financování bydlení. V úvodu je popsána historie a současnost životního pojištění. Další části se zabývají kapitálovým a investičním životním pojištěním. U obou produktů je přiblížen princip jejich fungování, obsahová stránka a způsob zhodnocení vložených prostředků. Dále jsou nastíněny výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých produktů a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na hypoteční úvěry, které jsou nejprve popsány obecně a poté je podrobněji rozebrána hypotéka v kombinaci s kapitálovým nebo investičním životním pojištěním. |

| Abstract: | This work is devoted of meaning life insurance in financing living. In introduction is circumscribed history and present of life insurance. Next part deal with capital and capital life insurance. In both performances is approached principle of their behaviour, contentual page and way estimation intermediate agents. Further are foreshadoweds benefits and disavantages single performances and their mutual comparison. Close work survey on mortgage credit, that are first generally circumscribed and after is out of print of mortgage in combination with capital or capital life insurance. |
