| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá korporátními dluhopisy v České republice. Jejím cílem je podat ucelený pohled na trh korporáních dluhopisů v ČR. Práce se postupně zabývá dluhopisovým trhem obecně, následuje trh dluhopisů korporátních a emitenti těchto dluhopisů. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny některé praktické výpočti spojené s obchodováním na Burze cenných papírů Praha a srovnání výnosnosti vybraného státního a korporátního dluhopisu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis describes corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The purpose of thesis is to render the compact view of the corporate bond market. The thesis includes the view of whole bond market in the Czech republic, then issuers of corporate bonds follow. The last part contains some practical calculations about trading at Prague Stock Exchange and the comparison of chosen government and corporate bond according to the yield to maturity. |
