| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se primárně zabývá vývojem hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. V první části je definován pojem hypoteční úvěr, jeho stručná historie, průběh vyřizování, následné čerpání a splácení, jednotliví poskytovatele a druhy HÚ a také formy státní podpory. Druhá část popisuje vývoj trhu hypotečních úvěrů v ČR od počátku poskytování až do současnosti a několik determinantů, jenž vývoj ovlivňují. Dále je zaměřena na počátek a vývoj hypoteční krize v USA a její následné rozšíření po světě. Jsou v ní popsány rovněž trendy vývoje trhu HÚ a závěr práce tvoří nástin slovenského trhu a jeho srovnání s trhem českým. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor work is primarily focused on mortgage trends in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the work a mortgage is defined, also its brief history, processing, obtaining, paying, each providers, types and forms of state assistances. In the second part the mortgage market in the Czech Republich is described from the begining of providing to the present and also some market determinants which influence the trend. Then it is focused on the origin and the trend of a hypothecary crisis in the USA and its successive spread all over the world. Tendencies of the mortgage market trends are described here, too. Description of the Slovakian market and comparison to the Czech one make the finish of the work. |
