| Abstract: | V moderní době je nabídka výhod nedílnou součástí odměňování. Za vykonanou práci zaměstnanci nepobírají pouze mzdu. Zaměstnaneckých výhod je nepřeberné množství. Bakalářská práce v teoretické části nejprve definuje pojem zaměstnanecké výhody, shrnuje daňovou legislativu a ukazuje na nové trendy této problematiky. Po krátkém představení společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s. práce popisuje systém zaměstnaneckých výhod ve firmě, pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzuje tento systém z pohledu spokojenosti, informovanosti a míře využívání. Po zhodnocení celého systému benefitů navrhuji případná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | Lately, the supply of employee benefits is component of remuneration. Employees do not get wage only. There is huge quantity of employee benefits. This paper firstly defines employee benefits, summarizes tax legislative and points out new trends which are connected with this topic. After the short introduction of the company Ceska sporitelna, I am trying to describe the system of employee benefits at this company, I am also analyzing this system from the view of satisfaction, foreknowledge and the rate of exploitation by the questionnaires. At the end of my paper I am evaluating all the mentioned system of benefits and I am offering some improvements. |
