| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá principy a metodami řízení použitými v japonském řízení, díky kterému byla řada japonských společností v 60. a 70. letech minulého století celým světem obdivována. Práce se snaží odpovědět na některé otázky, např. co stojí za úspěchem mnoha japonských manažerů, čím je japonský styl řízení tak výjimečný. Závěr práce ukazuje, jak funguje japonská firma v západním, konkrétně v českém prostředí. |

| Abstract: | In this bachelor's thesis I would like to introduce, as the title of the thesis, various principles and methods, that are used in the japanese management style, which was really respected in the '60 and '70 of the last century by the whole world. Through this thesis I would also talk about, what is the point of those successes of the japanese managers and what is unique in the japanese management style in compare with the "western" one. In the end of the thesis we will see, how a japanese company can survive in the "western", exactly in the Czech atmosphere. |
