| Abstract: | Řízení projektů jakožto disciplína není ničím novým, to však neznamená že v této oblasti není prostor pro zlepšení, či zavádění nových metodik. Úvodní teoretická část práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s problematikou řízení projektů, jak obecně v projektech IS/ICT, tak částečně i v prostředí BI. V této části se čtenář dozví především to, z jakých činností se skládá řízení projektů, jaké dokumenty či formuláře v kterých fázích projektů se běžně používají a také různé rady a příklady z praxe řízení projektů. Zbytek práce se poté věnuje nasazení teoretických postupů z první části v praxi na konkrétním projektu firmy SYSTIXT spol. s.r.o. - uváděný název firmy je smyšlený, protože si reálná firma nepřála být jmenována. Hlavním výstupem z této části je návrh plánu řízení daného projektu (některé jeho části jsou zpracované v programu MS Project 2007). Velmi důležitým výstupem této praktické části je také vytvoření šablon na řízení projektů šitých na míru projektům ve výše zmíněné firmě. Součástí této části je také zhodnocení stávajících postupů řízení projektů ve firmě SYSTIXT spol. s.r.o. a návrh případných změn či vylepšení těchto postupů. |

| Abstract: | Project management as a branch is nothing new, that doesn't mean that there is not the possibility of improvement or implementating of new methodics in this field. The goal of the opening theorethical section of this work is to explain the problematic of the project management in IS/ICT in general as well as partially in the BI enviroment. In this section the reader is going to learn from which activities project management consists, what documents or templates in which stage of the project are commonly used, as well as some practical examples from project management practice. The rest of this work is then focusing on implementing the theoretical knowledge from the opening section into the practice of the real project in SYSTIXT, ltd. (the name of the company is made-up, the real one wished not to be named in this work). The main output from this section is the concept of the project management plan of this project (some of the parts are done in MS Project 2007). Very important output of this practical section is also creating of some templates for project management that will suit the forementioned company needs. A part of this section is also evaluation of current practices in project management in the SYSTIXT ltd. and the proposal of some changes in this field. |
