| Abstract: | Groupwarové produkty podporují spolupráci v podnikovém prostředí, ale jejich součásti jsou využívané i mimo pracovní prostředí, v běžném životě. Se spoluprací se též nesetkáváme pouze v podnicích. Tato práce nejprve analyzuje současný stav využívání prostředků groupware (elektronická pošta, diskuse, kalendář) v komunitě fanoušků science fiction a nynější nedostatky v komunikaci, kooperaci a koordinaci aktivit. Dále klade požadavky na systém, který by měl zlepšit situaci. Nakonec hodnotí vybraný systém (kombinace služeb společnosti Google) a demonstruje jeho použití. Účelem práce je posoudit míru využití groupware v komunitě a položit základy pro jeho plné nasazení. |

| Abstract: | Groupware products support collaboration in an enterprise environment, however their components are often used in everyday life. Also the collaboration is present in many different activities. This bachelor's thesis first analyzes the current use of groupware components (e-mail, discussion boards, and calendar) in the community of science fiction fans and deals with present problems in communication, cooperation and coordination. After that, it states requirements for the system, which should improve the situation. Finally, it evaluates selected system (a combination of Google services) and demonstrates its use. The purpose of this paper is to decide, how groupware is useful in the community, and prepare for its full deployment. |
