| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je vymezení role životního pojištění při řešení finančního zabezpečení lidí ve stáří. První část je věnována demografickému vývoji a stárnutí obyvatel, následující oddíl popisuje státní důchodový systém, jeho pilíře, nedostatky a možná řešení. Druhá část práce se týká samotného životního pojištění, jeho vymezením, popisem výhod a dělením, na které navazují samostatné subkapitoly tří typů životního pojištění -- důchodového životního pojištění, investičního životního pojištění a kapitálového životního pojištění. Jsou nastíněna vhodná připojištění k těmto produktům a odlišnosti oproti jiným možnostem zajištění na stáří finančního a kapitálového trhu. Práce je zakončena trendy a budoucností životního pojištění na českém trhu. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the role of life insurance in dealing with people's financial security in old age. The first part of the thesis applies to demographics and aging of population. The following section describes the state pension system, its pillars, weaknesses and possible solutions. The second part concerns life insurance itself. It focuses on the definition of the life insurance, its advantages and categorizations. Chapters of three types of the life insurance follow -- namely the pensionary life insurance, the investment life insurance and the capital life insurance. I will outline suitable reinsures and dissimilarities to another types of products offered in financial and capital markets. At the end I will characterize trends and the future of the life insurance in the Czech Republic. |
