| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou fotbalového klubu AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s. Teoretická část práce se věnuje předmětu a vývoji finanční analýzy, uživatelům finanční analýzy, zdrojům informací, metodám a technikám používaným při zpracování finančních analýz, a vymezení základních oblastí a cílů finanční analýzy. Praktická část práce převádí tyto teoretické poznatky do praxe, v konkrétním případě fotbalového klubu AC Sparta Praha. Specifičnost podnikatelského prostředí, ve kterém sportovní kluby v České republice podnikají, se odráží ve vypočtených poměrových ukazatelích. Vybrané ukazatele jsou porovnávány s ostatními subjekty nacházejícími se ve stejném odvětví. Cílem práce je zjistit pomocí externí finanční analýzy, jak fotbalový klub hospodaří, posoudit jeho finanční situaci a navrhnout řešení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the processing of financial analysis of football club AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s. The theoretical part of the work deals with the subject and the development of financial analysis, users of financial analysis, sources, methods and techniques used in the processing of financial analysis, and definition of objectives and areas of financial analysis. Practical part of the work put the theoretical knowledge into practice, in the specific case of football club AC Sparta Prague. The specificity of the environment in which the sports clubs in the Czech Republic do business is reflected in the calculated ratio indicators. Selected indicators are compared with other entities located in the same industry. The aim of this work is to determine through an external financial analysis, how to manage a football club, to assess its financial situation and propose solutions. |
