| Abstract: | Pozornost této práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se financování bydlení. V první části je věnován prostor pro stručnou definici bytových potřeb. V následující části jsou pak podrobně zkoumány nejrozšířenější nástroje financování bydlení, tedy stavební spoření a hypotéční produkty. Poslední část práce obsahuje analytickou část, ve které je zaměřena pozornost na úrokové sazby a vývoj sjednaných úvěrů. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s nejdůležitějšími aspekty jednotlivých produktů, jejich výhody i nevýhody. Záměrem práce je také poukázat na problematiku současné legislativy, která je v mnoha ohledech velmi omezující. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor work is focused on the problems of financing of housing needs. There is dedicated space to a short definition of housing needs, in the first chapter. The second chapter searches tools of housing financing in detail, building savings and mortgages. The last chapter contains analytical section. It focuses on interest rate and progress of agreed loans. This bachelor work acquaints readers with main aspects, conveniences and disadvantages. The purpose is also referring to questions of currently legislature, which is in many respects too restrictive. |
