| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci personální práce ve studentské organizaci a v případě potřeby najít řešení, které by bylo efektivnější. Dalším cílem je posoudit současnou nabídku vzdělávání pro členy organizace se zaměřením na vzdělávací a rozvojové programy. Do těchto programů patří školení, kterých se mohou členové účastnit a tím prohlubovat a zvyšovat svoji kvalifikaci. Snahou je analyzovat současné fungování těchto školení a zároveň zjistit, jak ho vnímají jednotliví členové. |
