| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nelegálními obchody na kapitálových trzích. V první kapitole se zaměřuji na praní špinavých peněz, kde popisuji hlavní rysy a fáze celého procesu praní špinavých peněz a uvádím příklady některých vyřešených případů. Ve druhé kapitole se zabývám zneužíváním vnitřních informací, kde popisuji informační asymetrii, pojem vnitřní informace a příklady zneužití těchto informací. V poslední kapitole se zabývám právní úpravou v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with illegal trades in the capital markets. In the first chapter I focus on money laundering, describe its main features and the phases of the process of money laundering. I also give examples of some resolved cases. In the second chapter I focus on insider trading describing information asymmetry, the concept of inside information and examples of insider trading. In the last chapter legislation valid in the Czech Republic is briefly described. |
