| Abstract: | Pojištění právní ochrany představuje prostředek finanční eliminace negativních důsledků nahodilostí, které jsou spojené se soudními procesy a právními úkony. Pojištění je určeno k prosazení práv a oprávněných zájmů klienta v soudním i mimosoudním řízení a jeho pojistná ochrana zahrnuje úhradu soudních nákladů, poplatků a výdajů vynaložených na právní zástupce, soudní znalce a další. První část bakalářské práce je věnována obecné podobě pojištění právní ochrany a základní charakteristice pojistných produktů. Další část je zaměřena na předepsané pojistné. Tato část zahrnuje analýzu vývoje a významu pojištění právní ochrany na českém pojistném trhu. Poslední část práce se zabývá pojistnými produkty pojištění právní ochrany a analýzou jejich nabídky na českém pojistném trhu. |

| Abstract: | The legal expenses insurance represents a means of financial elimination of fortuity's negative effects. These effects are joined to law-suits and legal acts. The insurance serves for enforcement of law and client's rightful claim in a trial or in an out-of-court process and its insurance protection includes settlement of court costs, court fees, lawyers' and authorized experts' costs, etc. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to a general form of the legal expenses insurance and to a basic characterization of insurance products. The second part is focused on a premium written. This part includes an analysis, which describes a development and a meaning of the legal expenses insurance in the Czech insurance market. The last part of the thesis deals with insurance products of the legal expenses insurance and also with an analysis of products' offer in the insurance market in the Czech Republic. |
