| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá vliv přímých zahraničních investic na na Českou republiku. Hodnotí především jejich pozitivní nebo negativní vliv na HDP, nezaměstnanost či migraci obyvatel. Analyzuje dopady PZI v souvislosti s investičními pobídkami. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením vlivu PZI na Středočeský kraj, cílem je vyhodnotit jejich přínosy či negativní dopady v tomto kraji, analyzovat výhodnost investičních pobídek v souvislosti s růstem zaměstnanosti, HDP a dalších ukazatelů v kraji. |

| Abstract: | First theoretical part deals with general question of foreign investments, forms of investments, positive and negative effects of investments. Practical part analyses the influence of foreign direct investments on the Středočeský region in the questions of GDP, unemployment or migration. Special attention is paid to TPCA company, which brought the biggest investment to the region. |
