| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje proces získávání a výběru pracovníků v organizaci WAVIN Ekoplastik s.r.o. a porovnává zjištěné skutečnosti s teoretickými poznatky. Současně je záměrem práce prozkoumat a posoudit vliv probíhající krize světové ekonomiky na proces získávání a výběru pracovníků ve sledované organizaci a porovnat současnou situaci se situací před propuknutím krize. |

Both to check and to evaluate the influence of running crisis of world economy on workers acquirement and selection process in the monitored firm and to compare present situation with this situation before crisis outbreak is simultaneously the aim of thesis. |
