| Abstract: | Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců je v současné době, založené na znalostech, důležitým úkolem každého podniku. Jsou to totiž právě zaměstnanci, na kom záleží, zda bude podnik úspěšný nebo ne. V první části mé bakalářské práce je věnována pozornost teoretickému objasnění problematiky vzdělávání a rozvoje manažerů včetně popisu nejčastěji používaných metod. Druhá část práce popisuje specifika vzdělávání a rozvoje manažerů ve vybraném výrobním podniku. |

| Abstract: | At the present time based on knowledge, employees education and development is a crucial task of any enterprise. Since the employees of the enterprise are the ones on whom it depends whether the enterprise will be successful or not. In the first part of my bachelor thesis, I focus on clarifying the theoretical issues of manager education and development including a description of the most commonly used methods. The second part describes the specifics of manager training and development in the selected manufacturing corporation. |
