| Abstract: | Diplomová práce byla zpracována na téma Proces institucionálních reforem EU vzhledem k jejímu rozšíření. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí -- části teoretické a části praktické, každá část je navíc rozdělena do několika kapitol. První teoretická část práce pojednává o smlouvách, kterými se zakládaly nebo měnily hlavní evropské instituce, dále se samostatně zabývá problematikou Lisabonské smlouvy a ve třetí kapitole pak popisuje pět hlavních institucí EU, tedy Parlament, Radu, Komisi, Soudní dvůr a Účetní dvůr. Praktická část práce byla zpracována na základě vlastního výzkumu, kterého se zúčastnily téměř dvě stovky respondentů a který byl zaměřen na zjišťování úrovně znalostí respondentů o institucích EU. Výsledky průzkumu jsou analyzovány pomocí grafů a tabulek a doplněny komentářem. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny možnosti a doporučení, které by měly pomoci vylepšit povědomí široké veřejnosti o správě EU. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this diploma thesis is the Process of institutional reforms of EU in light of its enlargement. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part talks about European treaties that founded or reformed five main European institutions -- Parliament, Council, Commission, Court of Justice and Court of Auditors. In separate chapter the thesis talks about Lisbon Treaty and this chapter is followed by description of the main institutions. Practical part was based on original research in which almost two hundred respondents took part and which was focused on the knowledge of respondets of the administration of EU. The results of the research were analysed in form of commented graphs and tables. Based on the research, last chapter provides recommendations that should help increase the knowledge of Czechs of the EU administration. |
