| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je tržní ocenění společnosti Akord -- stavební a obchodní společnost, s. r. o. prostřednictvím metody DCF ve variantě EVA a DCF ve variantě FCFF. Před samotným oceněním jsem zpracoval strategickou a finanční analýzu, které jsou základem sestavení finančního plánu, jež je důležitý k výpočtu volných peněžních toků potřebných pro oceňovací proces. |

| Abstract: | The graduation theses is concerned with the market valuation of company Akord -- building and business company, ltd. The valuation was made through the DCF method in the version EVA and through the DCF method in the version FCFF. Before the valuation I elaborated the strategy and financial analyses, that are basis of financial program processing which is important to calculation of the free cash flows needed to the process of valuation. |
