Další část této práce definuje ukazatele kvality, vlastnosti, fáze jeho vývoje a k čemu je využíván. Cílem práce je definování národní sady ukazatelů kvality zdravotní péče v České republice. |

Another part of this work defines indicator of quality, properties, the development phase and what it is used. The aim of this work is to define a set of national indicators of quality health care in the Czech Republic. |
