| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se v teoretické rovině zabývá charakteristikou základních pojmů z oblasti strategického řízení, dále pak externí a interní strategickou analýzou, SWOT analýzou a tvorbou a výběrem vhodných strategií. V praktické části jsou aplikována teoretická východiska do praxe; práce řeší první dvě části strategického plánovacího cyklu, tj. část analytickou a část strategickou. Vzhledem ke klesajícímu charakteru poptávky je cílem práce, na základě provedených analýz, navržení takové strategie, která by vedla k udržení popřípadě zvýšení tržního podílu družstva na trhu. |

| Abstract: | Graduation theses deals in theory charakteristic of the main notions from the sphere of strategy leading, external analysis, internal analysis, SWOT analysis and strategy. The practice part applies theoretic notions to the real. The thesis solves the first two parts of strategy planning cycle -- analytic part, strategy part. Point of the thesis is in terms of analyses finding strategy, that makes for increasing market share of the company. |
