| Abstract: | Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obecným záměrem teoretické části bylo poskytnout ucelený pohled na současný stav terciárního vzdělávání v naší zemi. Za tímto účelem bylo v jednotlivých kapitolách pojednáno o klíčových pojmech, současných problémech a vybraných aspektech terciární výuky. Opomenuty však nebyly ani výstupy vzdělávacího procesu na vysokých školách, tj. spokojenost českého trhu práce se současnými absolventy vysokých škol a rovněž hlavní požadavky tohoto trhu na budoucí absolventy. Hlavní poslání plynoucí ze zadání této práce, tj. hledání alternativ vedoucích k inovaci výuky na Fakultě managementu, bylo realizováno v rámci praktické části. Nejprve byly specifikovány výzkumné cíle, výzkumné otázky, výzkumný soubor a způsob práce s daty. Klíčovou roli představuje kapitola čtvrtá, kde byla prezentována a interpretována získaná data. Jednotlivé výstupy byly shrnuty ve formě tabulek či grafů, vždy doplněny vhodným komentářem. V závěru byly uvedeny stěžejní body celé práce, zejména hlavní závěry provedeného výzkumu, přínosy této práce, vyplývající doporučení pro vedení fakulty a některá zajímavá zjištění. |

| Abstract: | This work is divided into two parts -- the theoretical and practical ones. Main intention of the theoretical part was to provide comprehend views of current state of tertiary education in our country. For this purpose, particular chapters dealt with key terms, current problems and selected aspects of tertiary education. The outputs of the educational process, i.e. satisfaction of Czech labour market with graduates and the requirements of this market for graduates were not omitted. Main objective resulting from setting of this work, i.e. searching alternatives that may lead to innovative education at the faculty of management, was implemented within the frame of the practical part. First of all, research targets, research questions, research sample and ways of data processing were specified. The key chapter is the fourth one, presenting and interpreting the data collected. Outputs were assorted in tables or graphs, completed by appropriate comments. Crucial points were summarized in the end of the work. Especially the main research conclusions, benefits acquired from this work, recommendations rised for the faculty management and some other interesting findings. |
