| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o motivaci řídících pracovníků. Je zpracována na základě teoretických poznatků z literatury a dotazníku vyplněného pracovníky vybrané firmy. Práce obsahuje vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů motivace, vývojové etapy a jednotlivé teorie motivace. Sleduje jak je motivace důležitá nejen pro nejvyšší řídící pracovníky, ale i pro pracovníky na nižších úrovních řízení. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit motivaci manažerů na jednotlivých stupních řízení a nalézt faktory, které je stimulují k ještě vyšším a kvalitnějším výkonům. |

| Abstract: | This work is about manager motivation. It is based on the theory from literature and questionnaire filled in by employees who work in selected company. The work contains explanation of single motivation concepts, evolution stages and single motivation theories. It observes how important is motivation not only for top managers but also for all the other workers. The aim of this work is to evaluate manager motivation on single levels of management and to find factors that stimulate managers to higher and better performance. |
