| Abstract: | Práce obsahuje finanční analýzu a vzájemné mezipodnikové srovnání vybraných klíčových maloobchodních řetězců působících v České republice. Práce hodnotí devět společností v časovém období 2000 až 2006 z pohledu jejich tržeb, ziskovost, struktury aktiv a pasiv, likvidity a obrátkovosti zásob. Finanční analýza je provedena nejen pro jednotlivé společnosti, ale také podle typu maloobchodní jednotky, který je charakteristický pro danou skupinu řetězců. |

| Abstract: | This thesis contains a financial analysis and corporate benchmarking of key retail chains operating in the Czech Republic. The thesis evaluates nine companies in the years 2000 -- 2006 in the view of their sales, profitability, assets and liabilities, liquidity and inventory turnover. The financial analysis was done not only for the subjected companies, but also according to the store type that is characteristic for them. |
