| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj právní úpravy pojištění a pojišťovnictví. Zabývá se vývojem právní úpravy na našem území od úplných počátků až do současnosti.Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje vývoji pojišťovnictví, druhá vývoji právní úpravy pojistné smlouvy a třetí povinnému pojištění odpovědnosti. Je popsána i současná právní úprava. |
