| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje účinné právní úpravě postupu uzavírání a ukončování pojistných smluv. Cílem práce je dále popsat vývoj institutu pojistné smlouvy, důvody pro regulaci jejího uzavírání a upozornit na některé souvislosti a problémy, které se mohou vyskytnout jak v průběhu tvorby, tak během trvání a ukončování smluvního pojištění. |
