| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojištění leteckého dopravce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá legislativou ovlivňující letecké pojištění, v druhé části jsou popsány základní druhy pojištění, které si letečtí dopravci sjednávají a ve třetí části je věnována pozornost vzniku pojistné události a její likvidaci. Poslední část je věnována vývoji na trhu leteckého pojištění. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis under the name "Insurance of the air carrier" is divided into four parts. In the first part the focus is on legislature of flight insurance and the most important international treaties and regulations of the European Parliament. The second part is dedicated to the basic types of insurance that are being stipulated by the air carriers and the third part of the thesis is about the occurrance of insurance event and the liquidation thereof. The development in the area of aviaton insurance is mentioned in the last part of the thesis. |
