| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je určení hodnoty podniku Mikroelektronika spol. s r.o. k 1.7.2008. Na začátku je uvedena stručná historie a základní profil společnosti. Druhá část práce se věnuje strategické analýze. Výstupem je prognóza tržeb společnosti ve třech variantních scénářích. Navazující třetí kapitola se zabývá finanční analýzou, jejímž výsledkem je zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti. Úkolem čtvrté části je predikce generátorů hodnoty a sestavení tří variant finančního plánu. V poslední kapitole dochází k výslednému ocenění metodou DCF Entity. Hodnota podniku je stanovena v intervalovém rozpětí. Jako doplňková metoda byla použita metoda tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the thesis is appoint the value of firm Mikroelektronika spol. s r.o. on 1st July 2008. Short history and basic profile of the firm are introduced at the beginning. Second part is devoted to strategic analysis. Three variations of the revenue forecast are the output of this part. Third chapter deals with financial analysis. The evaluation of financial health is the result. The task of the fourth part is the prognosis of value creator and construction of three variations of financial plan. At last chapter there is final valuation. The value of the firm is appointed like interval by method discounted cash flow. The market comparison is the additional method. |
