| Abstract: | Základním tématem bakalářské práce je problematika zavedení informačního systému do organizace. Cílem práce je popsat vybrané postupy, které jsou pro zavedení IS využívány, a rozebrání aplikace těchto postupů na jednom konkrétním případu. Práce by měla ukázat variabilitu metod, které jsou využívány, a současně prokázat obtížnost úlohy použití teoretického postupu v konkrétní situaci. Vybrané metody jsou popsány na základě dostupné literatury a elektronických zdrojů od domácích i zahraničních autorů. Praktická část zpřístupňuje metodiku využívanou podnikem, který se dlouhodobě věnuje zavádění informačních systému, a rozebírá jeden z projektů, ve kterém tento podnik svoji metodiku aplikoval. Hlavním přínosem práce je přehledné popsání procesu zavedení informačního systému a jeho aplikace na konkrétním příkladě. Zachycené výsledky potvrzují obtížnost úlohy, kterou v dnešní době opakovaně řeší všechny střední a velké organizace. Současně ospravedlňují pozornost, která je zavádění informačních systému věnována. |

| Abstract: | The essential theme of this bachelor theses is the problems in implementation of information system into organization. The main aim of this work is to describe selected processes, that are used for IS implementation and to decompose the application of these procedures on one particular example. This theses should demonstrate the variability of used methods and simultaneously prove the complexity of exercise where the theoretical procedure is being used in concrete situation. Chosen methods are described on the basis of available literature and electronic resources from domestic and foreign authors. Practical part makes accessible methodics that are used by one concrete company, which attend in the long term to information system implementation. This part also assays one of the projects, where this company applied its' methodics. The main contribution of my theses is transparent description of system implementation on concrete example. Intercepted results confirm the severity of exercise, which is being repetitively solved nowadays by medium and big organizations. At the same time these results justify attention which is being given to the implementation of information system. |
