| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu vlastního kapitálu společnosti WISSA, spol. s r.o. Pro výpočet tržní hodnoty vlastního kapitálu byly zvoleny výnosové metody free cash flow to the firm, od které byla odečtena hodnota dluhů, a free cash flow to the equity. Obě metody vychází z finančního plánu pro období let 2009-2013. Finanční plán byl sestaven na základě informací z finanční a strategické analýzy, která mapuje nejen makroekonomické ale i odvětvové a vnitropodnikové faktory. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company WISSA, spol. s r.o. Methods used to calculate the value are free cash flow to the firm, from which the value of debt is subtracted, and free cash flow to the equity. Both methods are based on the financial plan forecasting years 2009-2013. Financial plan was made according to information from financial and strategic analysis which maps not only macro economical but also branch and firm factors. |
